Points of the Meeting
* Importance of using email addresses. Gather as many email addresses as
all of us can. Get them to Cindy Sanders or Kate Banner. (csanders@sutro.com

* Discussed Map of Barryessa-to map events * Explained the
Committee's, their functions and chairpersons
* Discussed staff shirt-youth will have blue camo shirt and black hat
adults have option of black polo shirt or blue camo shirt.
* Staff fees will be $30.00 * Includes $17.50 (shirt and hat) $10.00
(food) $ 2.50 (patch)
* Patch was not there for approval. Broke into committees for a 20 min
meeting.

* PROGRAM-events finalized, campfire to set the mood, water front
discussed
* QUARTERMASTER-needs list from all committees now of what they need.

* PUBLICITY-web address www.silvergatebsa.com, preliminary flier to go out
to units in December at Roundtable in unit folders then mailed also on the
web page.
* FINANCE-preliminary budget was set...if you have a budget item it must
go to the finance committee for approval...this needs to be done now. All
receipts to be turned in to Cindy Sanders or Kate Banner.
* REGISTRATION-early registration is the key, discussed $25.00 deposit
discussed, not resolved. Early registration deadline set of March 15. Fees
to be $8.00 prior to this date $10.00 after this date.
* HEALTH AND SAFETY-not present.
* AWARDS-Jan needs list of staff members. If anyone has anything he wishes
to add to this please feel free to add. |
